03 European Based Engineering Support

  • ATi makes available  added resources to your development staff and can assist generating code for specific project requirements, Beta Site testing and Quality Assurance reporting.
  • We assure your excellence in customer support by providing Technical Hotline services that operate in the same business
    time-zone and languages as your OEMs, resellers, system integrators and customers.
  • We coordinate with your support staff to provide training seminars either in central Paris for the resellers and system integrators dealing with your products — or on site at the facilities of large OEMs and customers when its is otherwise appropriate.

04 Translation and Localization Services

  • We provide precise translation of your technical and marketing materials by using only certified professionals trained in both translation and engineering who are situated in the target country where the product is to be marketed.
  • We further the translation process with the integration of the translated material back into the product which is then repackaged to assure it conforms to the specific norms necessary for its success in its particular market.

Our President

Joseph SANTILLI is an accomplished Senior Inter-national Sales Executive, President and Strategic Business Advisor with 30 years of experience in driving both incubation and established product developments into international environments.



A veteran "American in Paris", Joseph founded American Technology International (ATi) in 1989, a Paris based company that works to help North American and European companies launch and maintain a strong international presence for their technical products and services.

Joseph is particularly skilled in defining regional opportunities, C-suite execution strategies and tactical GTM roadmaps that create sources of new revenue and long-term valued assets for his partnered companies.

He is recognized as a culturally savvy business developer who excels in taking disruptive products into established markets. He marries tactical strategies to innovative technologies, and across a range of varied products, has repeatedly changed the landscape of the marketplace.

From colaborative engineering drawing technologies that slashed capital expenditures for Europe’s major engineering firms, to revolutionary engineered textiles that created new fashion segments for the runways of Paris, Joseph continues to influence the direction of the markets as they evolve.

Passionate in the development of the Global Market and ardent to the advancement of Renewable Energies, Joseph is committed in providing North American and European technology companies an immediate and coordinated access to the international marketplace.

Prior to starting his company, Joseph held positions within the Energy Industries as a Wire-Line Oil Field Engineer for Schlumberger SA in Sub-Sahara Africa and as Group Leader and Manager within the Corporate HQ Engineering Group at Marathon Oil Corporation in Findlay, Ohio USA. 

Joseph was educated at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor graduating Cum Laude with a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautics. In addition, he was engaged by the University to conduct research at the Gas Dynamics Imaging Subsonic Wind Tunnel Facility as well as at the NC NASA Space Laboratories.

Joseph has lived and worked in France, Nigeria, Sweden, Angola, Kazakhstan and the USA. He is now based in Paris, France together with his wife and daughter.
